Vanandhaara is an eco-sustainable Villa and luxury Homestay located in Kutta South Coorg. We are located just few minutes from the renowned Nagarahole Tiger Reserve, Kabini backwaters, Brahmagiri ranges, Irpu falls, Wynad & other attractions. We offer 6 exquisitely designed large rooms with comfortable beds, each with a private bathroom/toilet, private balcony with beautiful scenery and we provide clean linen, towels, blankets and new bathing soap for every guest. Hygiene and cleanliness is one of our highest priorities. We also offer beautiful spaces including a outdoor swimming pool, common living and dinning areas with lovely outdoor views, fire-camp & garden spaces. There are also outdoor activities and board games within the villa. We at Vanandhaara would like to delight our guests with the best experience with a personal touch. Our lovely infinity swimming pool, guest rooms, service and homely food, make for a great experience for all our guests. Vanandhaara gets its name from the Nagarahole forest and tiger-reserve nearby, wild-life-around and from the surrounding coffee plantation. The mantra promoted by its owners is complete relaxation and exploration of the many scenic spots which are in close-proximity. 3 kms to Nagarahole tiger reserve, 10 kms to Irpu falls, 20 kms to white-water rafting and others…

- Double occupancy rates of INR 6500 per couple/2 adults per room per night and includes Breakfast & Tea/snack
- Tasty local cuisine- Lunch/Dinner can be availed at an additional cost of 500/600 per head for veg/non-veg buffet
- Prices are higher in peak seasons-April, May, October-January. Please contact us for rates during this time
- Guests booking the entire villa of 6 private rooms, can avail of an attractive price and exclusivity to the entire villa and all amenities
- All private-rooms are large and can comfortably accommodate 3 adults + 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children with extra beds. A nominal charge applies for a 3rd adult sharing the room and for children between the age of 5-12 years

We have a in-house chef and we serve Breakfast, Lunch, Evening tea/coffee/snack and Dinner (both veg and non veg options available)
Children below 5 years spend the night free in their parents’ room. Children between the age of 5-12, the charges would be half (with an additional bed)

Nagarahole Tiger Reserve Safari options- Jeep/Canter or Bus. For booking Jeep/Canter, online booking option is the best. Charges by the Forest Department/JLR is 2242 /- per head. If there is no online option, we can assist you with offline booking and this will be charged as 2400/- per head. The forest department also has a bus safari and the charges are 450 per head.
Guests can carry their own alcohol for consumption however, they need to follow the house rules- respect and gain respect, no misbehavior, no shouting/screaming permitted nor loud music
Maximum 3 adults can be accommodated in a guest room and the 3rd adult will be charged accordingly and provided an additional single bed
A maximum of 21 guests can be accommodated comfortably in the entire villa and in all rooms
We have ample open space for Badminton, outdoor games, short cricket, walking space
